Imagine not drinking water or any liquids for more than 8+ hours. That’s what happens when we sleep. So, you are dehydrated every morning.
Study shows that drinking a glass of water every morning fires up your metabolism and also flushes out toxics from your body.
This is my first rule to start my day. A glass of water surely will give you a head-start!

Exercising everyday is one of the best ways to stay positive and healthy. Exercise helps you look better, prevent diseases, gives you mental peace and so on!
You don’t need to do heavy weight lifting everyday. Exercising 3–5 days a week will also keep you fit.
I personally do push-ups, planks and running every morning. I do weight lifting 4 or 5 days a week. It helps me gain positive vibes.

5. Healthy breakfast
Breakfast is the fuel for your whole day. You shouldn’t compromise your breakfast with low key foods.
The basic formula for breakfast: Pair carbs with proteins. The carbs give your body energy to get started and your brain the fuel it needs to take on the day.
Besides, exercising burns calories too. You need to intake balanced nutrition to give your body the proper push and fuel to grow!
6. Sleep
8+ hours sleep is what I recommend. If you think sleeping less makes you productive, then you’re wrong!!
Sleeping is one of the most productive work for your body. It helps your memory, makes you take decisions faster, prevent burnouts and so on!
7. Help a person everyday!
At the end of the day, what’s your one great accomplishments?
I help at least one person everyday in different ways.
You could greet a person and ask about their well-being, hold heavy baggage of an old man, give charity to those who need and many more!
