Crownrise Finance Plc has signified its intentions to raise a ₦1 billion bond which will be channelled towards Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This was disclosed during a luncheon for stakeholders held by the company recently. Tiddo securities Limited is to serve as issuing house for the offer.
Managing Director of the firm, Babatunde Rufai-Lariba, during the event shed more light on the company’s reasons for embarking on a bond raise.
“We have decided to rise to the occasion by mobilising the resources that would enable us support the economic players committed to tap into the opportunities for growth of the Nigerian economy, employment generation and prosperity for individuals and family,” he said.
Crownrise Finance Plc (formally Crownrise Finance and Investments Plc) was founded in 1990 by Oladipupo RUFAI-LARIBA and licensed as one of the first set of Finance Houses in 1992 by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
